Booth Layout

Here is the Booth layout diagram. There is not a bad booth in the house. Fire codes are strict about the aisle width and there will be a fire marshal inspector coming through at intervals with an 8 ft. pole to measure, so please stay within your perimeter. Piping and draping is available to rent and, though not required, your banners and signage cannot be attached by tape, pins, nails, clips, etc. to the interior walls or posts. Bring proper supplies to support your signage if you are not renting pipe and drape or bringing your own back drop. There is an electrical rental fee paid to the venue and cords are not supplied. Bring your own extension cords. The room is well lit and the acoustics are good.
