Exhibitor Fees

• General Admission; one price for one or both days: Adults: $15, Children 5-12: $5, Children under 5: free
• Reserve seats at the evening concerts and clinics are available for $15 to exhibitors VIP admission $75.00 (access during exhibitor load-in on Friday thru Sunday)
• There is a $5 daily parking fee in a nice secured parking lot collected by the fairgrounds.

Drum Show exhibitor booths - Lower booth fees this year!

Each booth includes 2 worker passes.

• 10x10 booth $200
• 10x15 booth $300
• 10x20 booth $400

(sorry about the 9x10 instead of 10x10. It has to be laid out that way due to fire codes about aisle width. 10 ft. wide by 9 ft. deep)

Warning: No one gets in free! We have to at least break even on this show. Do not promise your endorsers, friends, employees etc. that you can get "get them in free". We have more famous drummers and endorsers in Nashville than any other city in the country SO we are not impressed. Everyone gets treated equally at the drum show. Everyone must pay admission, a booth fee, or a worker pass fee.
